Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law and company policy.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a utilities location by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and document activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and notify site contacts or emergency responders.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols and incidents and share information with site leadership.
