Job summary

Denali Universal Services is seeking a Security Officer to protect the site, personnel and assets. Responsibilities include patrolling, enforcing safety rules, and responding to incidents at the Dallas site.

The role features a rotational schedule (1 week on/1 week off) with 12-hour shifts, on-site work, and requires English proficiency and a background check/post-offer physical. Training and safety compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Military, law enforcement, or security experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to proficiently speak, read, understand and write English.
• Must have reliable transportation to/from the work site each day.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to the client by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Guard property against damage, fire, theft, and unauthorized entry.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings and grounds, examining doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper security.
• Perform searches of people, vehicles, buildings, and other assigned areas.
• Monitor traffic and parking; operate CCTV equipment if required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
