Qualifications

• Respond to calls for service, assess incidents, and assist people in distress.
• Investigate criminal incidents and other suspicious activities.
• Patrol assigned area to detect criminal activity, traffic violations, and enforce laws.
• Intervene in civil disputes, mediating hostile situations to prevent violence.
• Maintain records of patrol activities, ensuring logs, reports and paperwork are accurately filled out.
• Apprehend violators, detain suspects when necessary.
• Promote a general awareness of safety and public service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols of assigned sites on foot or by vehicle.
• Respond to emergencies, provide first aid, and report daily activity.
• Write daily activity and incident reports for management.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and enforce property rules.
• Assist local law enforcement as needed.
• Train new staff on post procedures and tools as required.
