Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor or contractor authorization, and maintain logs per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow emergency procedures.
• Document daily activities, patrol findings, and incidents clearly and promptly; communicate information during shift handoffs.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor or contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and reporting observations to appropriate personnel.
• Document daily activities, patrol findings, and incidents clearly and promptly, and communicate relevant information during shift handoffs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
