Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, loading docks, access points, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access control points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, medical events, and other critical situations following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Report hazards, damaged property, suspicious activity, and security concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

• Monitor access control points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, medical events, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Report observed hazards, damaged property, suspicious activity, and security-related concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
