Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate facility personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping maintain an orderly environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and complete required documentation for patrol observations, incidents, and security-related activities.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 09:30 PM - 05:30 AM
• Sun 09:30 PM - 05:30 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
