Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Background check required in accordance with laws; driving positions require license.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally per site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, report hazards and policy violations to proper personnel.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain activity logs for incidents and patrols.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual conditions, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for incidents, patrols, and security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
