Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Operations in Paterson, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report observations. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity and embraces an agile, innovative approach.

Pay Rate: $22.36 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and receiving areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials and follow site procedures for employee, contractor, and delivery access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
