Allied Universal in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Observation to monitor and safeguard a technology-focused site, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a visible security presence.

You will conduct patrols, verify access, respond to incidents, and prepare accurate reports. Minimums include 18+ years, a high school diploma, and successful background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to identify hazards and report maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and assist with badge, escort, and entry procedures in line with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security concerns, and communicate relevant information to leadership and site contacts.

Pay Rate: $18.19 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
