Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer for full-time patrol observation in Wichita Falls, TX. You will protect clients across industries, perform routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, while delivering professional customer service.

The role emphasizes reporting, situational awareness, and adherence to site policies and procedures. Candidates must meet minimum age, education, and background check requirements, with licensing as applicable.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing, aerospace/defense-related operations areas, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report unauthorized access concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and communication protocols.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and security-related concerns in required reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

• Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
