Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Incident Response Security Clearance in LUFKIN, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access-control procedures. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while helping protect personnel, property, and operations. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office, billing, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and potential facility concerns.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery traffic in accordance with established procedures for an aerospace and defense business location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate contacts.
• Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality around sensitive business operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
