Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Wichita, KS. You will provide security and customer service while conducting routine patrols, monitoring access points, and maintaining logs.

This role supports aerospace/defense site operations with a focus on safety and professionalism. As a full-time position, you must hold a valid driver’s license and meet minimum age and background check requirements.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate observed hazards, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision in a timely manner.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Wichita, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for personnel and operations. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
