Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Criminal histories considered in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and with proper reporting.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, offices, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and enforce entry/exit procedures.
• Document observations and incidents promptly according to Allied Universal and site rules.

Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, offices, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and assist with enforcing site entry and exit procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
