Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer (Unarmed Driver) in Delphi, IN to provide friendly, professional security and customer service at a food and beverage location. You will perform patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents while maintaining a visible presence and high standards of integrity.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen may be required by policy and law.
• 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel at a food and beverage production location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and following site protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, exterior perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and shipping/receiving areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, directing authorized personnel and vehicles as needed.
• Document incidents and observations in clear, accurate reports.

This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel at a food and beverage production location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, exterior perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and shipping and receiving areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and assist with directing authorized personnel and vehicles to appropriate areas.
• Document incidents, observations, patrol activities, and policy violations in clear, accurate reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
