Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the site for security checks.
• Monitor access, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain logs.
• Report hazards and security issues to leadership as required.

• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Report observed hazards, equipment concerns, and security‑related issues to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership in accordance with post orders.

As a Security Officer - Patrol Driving - Mornings in Waterloo, IA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This primarily driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Preferred ability to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
