Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, perimeters, and other assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, facility conditions, and policy violations; prepare clear and accurate incident reports and shift documentation.
• Assist with maintaining orderly transit operations by providing directions and communicating professionally with the public and site personnel.

As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a public transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This primarily driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Pay Rate: $19.45 / Hour

• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
