Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Enhanced Security Officer in Milwaukee, WI. This flexible role offers Anchor Shifts with a six-month commitment and an option to pick up additional shifts via the scheduling platform to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $19.45 per hour, with a schedule including weekend hours. Ideal candidates are 18+ for unarmed roles (21+ for armed), possess a high school diploma, and can pass background and drug screening per policy.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a public transit location.
• Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or public authorities as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, vehicle staging areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, property concerns, and policy violations according to established procedures.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence for the public.

As a Security Guard - Flexible in Milwaukee, WI, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
