Allied Universal in El Paso, TX is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Mobile Patrol Driver) for a shopping center. The role is unarmed at a retail location and offers a schedule across Thursday to Saturday mornings with a start at 6:30 AM.

You will provide customer service, perform patrols, observe activity, and respond to incidents following site procedures. A valid driver’s license is required, and the position pays $15.00 per hour.

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and other security-related concerns to site leadership and/or appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Assist with access control, monitor designated areas, and help to deter theft, unauthorized activity, and disturbances through a professional presence.

As a driving unarmed patrol officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and associates. • Fri: 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sat: 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
