Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Patrol Driver FT in Bonita Springs, FL. You will provide front-line security, monitor access, and perform vehicle patrols within a residential community.

This full-time role emphasizes excellent customer service, compliance with licensing and background checks, and the ability to respond calmly to incidents. The position pays $20.50 per hour, with night shifts Tue–Sat.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as per law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify access, and maintain visitor/vehicle records.
• Respond calmly to incidents and communicate with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential areas and perimeter to identify security concerns.
• Follow reporting procedures and support a professional residential environment.

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver FT in Bonita Springs, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Security Officer at a residential community, you will manage access control, greet residents and visitors, verify entry authorization, and maintain a professional, welcoming presence. You will conduct routine patrols, help to deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving position. Candidates must have a clear motor vehicle record to conduct vehicle patrol of the premises.

Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and vehicle access records.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations and requests for assistance to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unauthorized activity or maintenance concerns.
• Support a professional residential environment by providing clear directions, documenting security-related activities, and following Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Supervisory experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
