Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Boca Raton, FL. You will patrol a premier residential and recreational property, deter incidents, monitor access, and provide professional customer service while upholding site procedures.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, full-time night shifts (11:00 PM–7:00 AM), and at least one year of security experience. Allied Universal offers training, career growth, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to members, residents, guests and visitors while following site procedures and emergencies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking, access points, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor credentials, and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents and guest concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Document patrols and incidents in site-specific records.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to members, residents, guests, and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of club facilities, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor credentials as required, and report unusual conditions or access concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Document patrols, incidents, and other security-related observations in accordance with site-specific policies.

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
