Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Little Rock, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Bring strong customer service and communication skills while representing Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and mall location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior common areas, exterior walkways, parking areas, loading zones, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation and reporting procedures.
• Monitor access points and support access-control procedures for employees, contractors, deliveries, and visitors in accordance with site policies.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
