Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Driving) in Little Rock, AR to protect clients across manufacturing and industrial sites. You will patrol, monitor access, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a visible presence.

You must hold a valid driver’s license, be 18+ (21+ for armed roles), and pass a background check and drug screen. This position offers weekly pay and flexible weekend scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license in accordance with policy requirements.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check as part of employment.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and delivery activity; verify authorized access and document visitor information.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with emergency services if needed.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports and communicate hazards to leadership.

As a driving Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $16.40 / Hour

• Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, offices, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and delivery activity; verify authorized access in accordance with site policies; and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle information as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate observed hazards, policy violations, and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
