Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, reporting irregular activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner per escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other required activities accurately.

As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.78 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report irregular activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other required activities accurately in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
