Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.

• A drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials or visitor information, and document daily activities and incidents in reports.

As a Security Officer Patrol Coverage in Broomfield, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You\'ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unauthorized activity, operational concerns, and other security-related issues.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed, and document daily activities, incidents, and policy-related concerns in required reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
