Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer - Patrol - Community Shelter in Sparks, NV. This part-time role offers a schedule that supports work-life balance and the chance to work with a leading security team.

You will provide customer service, patrol assigned areas, respond to incidents, monitor access points, and document patrols and events following site procedures. Training and shift flexibility are included as part of career growth opportunities.

Competenze

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Handcuffing certification is preferred.
• Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and baton is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations; may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Security Officer - Patrol - Community Shelter in Sparks, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Pay Rate: $22.35 / Hour

DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 03:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at government facilities.
