Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor and contractor entry in accordance with site requirements at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports related to incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
