Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Alarm Response in San Antonio, TX. You will patrol facilities, deter security incidents, and respond to alarms while delivering excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

The role requires a valid driver's license and basic tech comfort, with the schedule set for afternoon shifts. Allied Universal offers training, benefits, and opportunities to grow within a large security team.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, verifying authorization and directing guests to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and daily documentation while maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter unauthorized activity.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Alarm Response in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more.
