Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol for a Data Center in San Antonio, TX. The role involves patrolling, monitoring access points, and providing excellent customer service to patients and staff within a healthcare environment.

Requirements include at least 1 year of security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preference for CPR/First Aid certification. The position is full-time with shift evenings and nights. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• State, county, or city-issued security license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Data Centerin San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to routine concerns with integrity and teamwork. Pay Rate: $17.62 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
