Allied Universal is seeking a full-time Security Officer for Patrol Access Control in Culver City, CA. You will safeguard clients across commercial real estate locations, monitor access points, and perform routine patrols while delivering professional customer service.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in security, with preferred experience in access control and badge handling. A guard card or license is preferred, and a background/drug screen will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff at a commercial creative office location while adhering to site procedures and security policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; report unusual conditions and maintain order.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and following procedures.
• Prepare clear daily activity reports and communicate incidents to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
