Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check and drug screen as required by law
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by following site procedures and policies
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and vendor entry requirements
• Document patrols and incidents in required reports and communicate to site contacts and leadership
