Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer Patrol in Stanton, TN to safeguard a government tourism location. You will patrol assigned areas, monitor access points, and provide professional customer service to visitors and staff.

The role offers $17.70 per hour, daytime and overnight shifts, and opportunities to use Smart Tools and grow within a leading security services company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of public areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions and assistance, and report suspicious behavior or maintenance concerns.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and guests at a government tourism location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of public areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions and assistance, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:
