Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol in Hartford, TN to serve and safeguard clients across industries. This is a part-time, unarmed role with a flexible schedule and a pay rate of $17.24 per hour.

The shift pattern includes DayTime Sat 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM, offering opportunities to build a varied routine. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, assist visitors, and report incidents.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of public areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter of government tourism locations.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity to help deter unauthorized entry, disruptive conduct, and other security-related concerns.
• Document incidents, patrol observations, and unusual conditions, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.
