Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities at a transportation location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, access points, employee areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate airport personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Monitor access points and observe pedestrian and vehicle activity, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, or policy violations through established reporting channels.
• Complete detailed activity reports and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site personnel in accordance with site procedures.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a transportation location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control operations. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while helping create a welcoming environment for travelers, employees, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a transportation location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, access points, employee areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate airport personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Monitor access points and observe pedestrian and vehicle activity, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, or policy violations through established reporting channels.
• Complete detailed activity reports and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site personnel in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
