Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Patrol in Escondido, CA to monitor and protect clients across healthcare settings and provide customer service.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors within a healthcare setting.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeters to identify hazards.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance following site protocols.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management per facility procedures.
• Document incidents and communicate information to leadership and site reps.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, directions, and adherence to facility access procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

As an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon – 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed – 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur – 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Be able to restrain individuals.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
