Job summary

Allied Universal, a North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Patrol in Midland, GA. You will patrol, deter incidents, and deliver excellent customer service in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.

Position is full-time with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. Schedule spans DayTime shifts, with a strong emphasis on safety, reporting, and responsive teamwork.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, laboratories, premises, parking areas, and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures to maintain restricted area access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and escalate concerns per protocol.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs related to patrols, incidents, and observations.

As a Security Officer Patrol in Midland, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, laboratory areas, business premises, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping maintain appropriate access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established protocols.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required activity logs related to patrols, incidents, and observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
