What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.


• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, maintain visitor and driver logs, and help control access to restricted areas.


• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.


• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility entry points, loading areas, parking locations, and the surrounding perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.


• Document access activity, incidents, and irregular conditions accurately and promptly in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Be at least 21 years of age .


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
