Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees at a commercial real estate front desk.
• Greet visitors, verify access, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor/access records.
• Monitor lobby activity and access-control systems; report unusual activity per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and medical events per emergency protocols.
• Answer phones, give directions, and coordinate with property management and leadership.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $27.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat: 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Monitor lobby activity, access-control systems, cameras, and/or communications equipment; report unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical events, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols.
• Answer phones, provide directions and general site information, receive deliveries as assigned, and communicate professionally with property management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
