Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Reception Host in San Francisco, CA. You will greet visitors, manage access, and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a commercial real estate location.

Qualifications

• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Licensing requirements may apply by location.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Greet tenants, visitors, contractors at front desk and follow site procedures.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, maintain visitor records, direct guests.
• Answer calls, receive deliveries, convey building information professionally.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report to appropriate personnel per procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor credentials as required, maintain visitor records, and direct guests to appropriate building contacts or destinations.
• Answer incoming calls, receive deliveries, and communicate routine building information while maintaining a professional and welcoming front-desk presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and follow established emergency response procedures.
• Monitor lobby activity and security-related systems from the front desk, report unusual activity, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location.

Minimum Requirements

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
