You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain professional communication with site staff, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
