You will communicate professionally with visitors and team members while supporting a welcoming environment. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $23.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Sun 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Pre-Employment Requirement: Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or store personnel by carrying out site‑specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, parking areas, entrances, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report security‑related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required daily activity documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
