Job Description

As a Security Officer Part Time Vehicle Patrol in Colorado Springs, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a hotel and resort location, you will provide a welcoming, professional presence for guests and visitors while monitoring access, responding to security-related concerns, and communicating clearly with site personnel. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to hotel and resort guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Staff the front desk or lobby area, greet and direct guests and visitors, verify access as required, and maintain a professional, welcoming presence.
• Monitor access to the property through the front desk area, observe activity in the lobby, and report suspicious or unauthorized activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and incident documentation; communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
