Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while following site procedures and emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of chemical manufacturing areas, building interiors, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials and documenting entry and unauthorized access attempts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow emergency protocols.
• Prepare clear activity and shift reports and communicate information to leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of chemical manufacturing areas, building interiors, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and report concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and reporting unauthorized access attempts in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency protocols and contacting appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
