• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing authorized personnel in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately in required reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
