• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas, including interiors, exteriors, parking areas, and access points.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and reporting unauthorized access.
• Complete detailed incident reports and shift handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas, including building interiors, exterior perimeters, parking areas, access points, and equipment storage locations.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and reporting unauthorized access concerns according to site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs while identifying conditions that may help to deter unauthorized activity or property damage.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
