Pay Rate: $21.31 / Hour

Job Schedule

• Thur 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Fri 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Sat 08:00 AM - 02:30 PM
• Sun 08:00 AM - 02:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, families, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of grounds, buildings, parking areas, roadways, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Assist with maintaining orderly access and traffic flow during services, events, and high-visitor periods, while providing courteous directions and information.
• Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant security-related information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
