Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.62 / Hour

• Proof of High School Diploma or GED (C137): Candidates must submit a copy of their high school diploma or GED certificate as part of the application process. This documentation is essential to verify educational qualifications.

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201): Candidates should have prior experience in access control systems or badge management. This experience is crucial for roles that involve security and access management within our facilities.

• CPR Certification: Allied Universal provides CPR certification training at no cost to employees. Candidates are encouraged to obtain CPR certification prior to employment; however, training will be provided for those who do not have it at the time of hiring.

• Customer Service Experience (B219): Candidates must demonstrate relevant customer service experience. This can include previous roles in retail, hospitality, or any position that required direct interaction with customers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the financial institution location, including entrances, customer areas, employee areas, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directing visitors, and report suspicious activity or unauthorized access concerns.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
