Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by following security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the retail location, including floors, entrances, stock areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and deter unauthorized entry and theft-related activity.
• Document observations and incidents and communicate details to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, stock areas, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter unauthorized entry, theft-related activity, and other policy violations.
• Document observations, incidents, and interactions accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
