• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff by carrying out security procedures and site policies
• Respond to incidents and tenant concerns in a calm, problem‑solving manner and document activities
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office buildings, lobbies, parking areas, and other areas to deter unauthorized activity
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, assist with directing guests, deliveries, and contractors
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols and incidents and communicate with leadership and site contacts

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $23.40 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Fri 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial office buildings, lobbies, parking areas, loading docks, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and assist with directing guests, deliveries, and contractors in accordance with property policies.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, maintenance concerns, and unusual conditions, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city issued security‑related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
