Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, escalating as needed.
• Complete incident reports, patrol logs, and other documentation, communicating with site management.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points and alarm activity, and respond to security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation while communicating relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
