Qualifications

• 3+ years' combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing may be required.
• Driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed by site procedures; report suspicious persons, vehicles, or conditions.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents and observations accurately and communicate to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.

Pay Rate: $24.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report suspicious persons, vehicles, or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3+ years' combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
